Terms of Service

stagePay is an embedded vendor-finance product for the Saudi events sector. Financing, when offered, is provided by SAMA-licensed partners under separate agreements between you and the partner. The Site is informational only and does not itself constitute an offer or solicitation of credit, financing, or any regulated financial service.

To use the Site and join the waitlist you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorised to represent any organisation you list.
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will keep your information up to date.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to stagePay or any financing offer. We assess and onboard partners in waves at our discretion. We may decline to engage with any submission, including those that appear fraudulent, abusive, or to be outside our target segment.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site.
• Interfere with the Site, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots without our written consent.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose under Saudi law.

Content on the Site, including illustrative fee ranges and worked examples, is for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.

References to product features, partner availability, fees, or timelines are forward-looking and may change without notice. Final terms — including pricing, eligibility, advance amounts, and tenor — are set by the financing partner at the point of underwriting and are governed by the partner's own agreements.

The Site, its content, design, code, logos, and brand marks (including "stageOS", "stagePay", "stageEvents", and "stagePassport") are owned by stageOS or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing.

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stageOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to SAR 1,000.

Personal data submitted via the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
